Trump, Tesla, Conservative Voices Under Attack

For two months, the Trump Administration has faced an avalanche of unconstitutional court orders from unelected federal judges. Elon Musk is faring no better, with every wasteful penny he has cut being reinstated by another unelected judge—while Tesla cars light up the night sky, as paid thugs set the cars on fire.

Conservatives with medium-to-large social media platforms are also under attack, being “swatted” by local police responding to what they believe is an armed hostage situation. Instead, it’s a deadly prank.

All of this shows tremendous planning by activist Democrats, who moved quickly after the election to confirm 200 of their staunchest allies as district judges. They lost the White House, the House, and the Senate, but they hold a firm grip on the judiciary so that even the lowliest circuit court judge can prevent Trump from:

• Firing unproductive or non-existent federal employees

• Ending the fraudulent USAID

• Cutting grants to the Department of Education

• Preventing phony baloney “climate change” groups from getting $2 billion

The latest egregious action was an attempt by Judge James Boasberg to stop planeloads of criminal illegal aliens from being deported. Attorney General Pam Bondi rejected the idea that the Judge has more authority than President Trump.

Bondi filed this with the Court, pushing back against Judge Boasberg’s demand for a detailed accounting of the flights:

"The underlying premise of these orders, including the most recent one requiring the production of these facts ex parte today at noon, is that the Judicial Branch is superior to the Executive Branch, particularly on non-legal matters involving foreign affairs and national security. The Government disagrees."

"The two branches are coequal, and the Court’s continued intrusions into the prerogatives of the Executive Branch, especially on a non-legal and factually irrelevant matter, should end."

Judge with Strings Attached

Supreme Court Chief Justice Roberts, who could put an end to the actions of Judge Boasberg and others, responded to calls for impeachment of these judges. He said, "For more than two centuries, it has been established that impeachment is not an appropriate response to disagreement concerning a judicial decision. The normal appellate review process exists for that purpose."

Roberts and Boasberg have a close relationship. Roberts placed Boasberg on the FISA court that quickly approved spy warrants for Donald Trump and his associates in 2016.

Judge Boasberg is an activist judge with red flags that question his impartiality. His wife Liddy Manson is a Democrat super-donor and founder of Meadow abortion clinic. Their daughter Katherine works for Partners for Justice, an NGO funded by USAID. This 501c3 funds public defenders who are working to keep illegal aliens out of jail. Katherine is a “capacity building associate.” That means she’s in charge of obtaining grants.

This conflict of interest is similar to that of Judge Juan Merchan, whose daughter runs a PR firm that drives donations to Democrat politicians. She was making money off the lawsuit brought against Trump that her father was presiding over.

“Gender Equality” Judge Keeps Trans in Military

The next halt came from District Court Judge Ana Reyes. She put a temporary restraining order against Secretary of Defense Hegseth who ended the enlisting of transgender troops.

Reyes is a fierce proponent of transgenderism and partly relied on her independent research into sexual development disorders to write her 79-page ruling. She also used a quote from the musical “Hamilton” as a footnote.

Reyes immigrated from Uruguay and worked as a lawyer for the Center for Gender and Refugee Studies (CGRS). According to their website, CGRS “champions the most challenging cases, fights for due process, and promotes policies that deliver safety and justice for refugees.” The group believes that seeking asylum is always legal, and closing the border is illegal.

Ana Reyes is listed on the CGRS website.

Her lesbian partner, Dr. Xanthe Scharff, is managing director of The Freedom Fund, an international non-profit that is funded by a long list of 501c3 charities, many receiving money from USAID.

Why this Matters: Let’s remember that Chief Justice Roberts said nothing when Biden’s FBI raided Mar-a-Lago, and J6 defendants were held in solitary confinement for months on end without a trial.

What else are Democrats trying to accomplish with these injunctions besides stopping Trump? Perhaps they are hoping to push him into refusing to follow the courts’ orders so that the courts can hold the President in contempt—giving fuel their claims he’s a dictator.

Former Speaker Newt Gingrich says that under separation of powers, the courts have no jurisdiction in such matters. He suggests that the Supreme Court accept immediate review on the emergency petitions filed by the Justice Department, and reverse the district courts. If it’s done in very broad language, the courts will back down.

Hunter Dropped from Protection

President Trump abruptly ended the Secret Service details assigned to Joe Biden’s two children: Hunter and Ashley. A reporter told the President that Hunter had been spotted on vacation in South Africa, with his Secret Service agents in tow. The agency is already struggling with manpower and recruiting issues, and Hunter and Ashley have 18 and 13 people assigned to their detail, respectively.

Swatting Continues

The very dangerous practice of “swatting” your enemies continues unabated by the Left. This is akin to attempted murder and, according to some sources, several hundred conservatives have been targeted. Most have not admitted it, out of fear.

It goes like this:

1. Someone calls the local police in the middle of the night, claiming to be you.

2. The cops are told there’s an armed gunman in your home, and he has wounded you. You need an ambulance because you’re bleeding out.

3. The SWAT team shows up and busts down your door.

4. You and your family are sound asleep, go outside in your underclothes with your hands up. You hope you won’t get shot.

Sometime within this process—the day before, that day, or the day after—a bunch of pizzas are delivered to your home. The name “Jamie Wilson” could be written on some of the boxes. He was the Infowars journalist killed nearly two weeks ago with a bullet to his neck.

Why this Matters: The police haven’t been notified that this is happening and many don’t even know what it means to be “swatted.” One of the first conservatives to suffer this treachery was Rep. Marjorie Taylor Green. Attorney General Pam Bondi said today on Fox News that she is aware of the problem and they are looking into it.

TESLA Hit-List Published

A website called “Dogequest” has reportedly published the names, addresses, and phone numbers of Tesla owners, plus an interactive map with a cursor shaped like a Molotov cocktail.

Tesla dealerships’ and owners’ vehicles have been set on fire. This is coordinated by Democrat organizations and funded through Act Blue.

How does a Tesla owner get relief? Their information will only be removed by Dogequest if they can prove they've sold their Teslas.

Why this Matters: Elon Musk, founder and CEO of Tesla, sent his SpaceX rocket to the International Space Station to rescue two astronauts who have been stranded for nine months. They were supposed to be there for only a few days. Instead of being grateful, the Left fills the air with profanity-laced screeds against Musk, and terrible violence against innocent people. What’s absurd is many Tesla owners are Leftists who bought an electric car to “save the earth.”

This lawfare and violence won’t last, in our opinion, as God will have the final say-so and He will not suffer this evil for long.

How to Pray: May level heads prevail! Pray for Chief Justice Roberts to take up the question of authority over these critical lawsuits. Pray for the safety of all involved. Pray for God to have mercy on those trying to straighten out this big mess. Pray for the salvation of Elon Musk and others.
