ICED OUT
The Cost of Deadly Outrage

The temperature of rhetoric in the US has skyrocketed, even as the outside temperatures plunge. It’s a combination of deadly outrage against the ICE attempts to find and deport criminal illegals—and the assumption that freedom of speech extends to do and say whatever you want, without consequences.
Problems arise when faulty assumptions meet the Constitution, cell phones, and corporate liability. Here are some of the people who fooled around and found out.
1. Arrested “Journalist” and Protestors
Don Lemon, who calls himself a journalist, joined in the invasion of Cities Church in St. Paul, MN, along with anti-ICE rioters. Lemon knew ahead of time what was planned and said as much to his YouTube viewers. He also called the group, “we.” They not only stormed a worship service, but kept congregants from leaving the pews, shouted in the faces of children—causing them to cry—and blocked exits. One person was injured trying to leave the building.
Lemon was arrested, then released.
Lemon says he was just “doing his job” as a journalist. However, he argued with the pastor, filmed sobbing children, said on camera that the whole point of protesting is to leave people traumatized, then kissed the organizer on the cheek and thanked her for her work.
The FACE Act, Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances (FACE) Act of 1994, prohibits the use of force, threat of force, or physical obstruction to injure, intimidate, or interfere with anyone obtaining or providing reproductive health services. It also protects places of religious worship. The image above (right) shows what happened when pro-lifers protested outside an abortion clinic and were accused of blocking the entrance. They were arrested and went to jail—Lemon and his cohorts were released without posting bail.
2. Fired Nurses
Florida labor and delivery nurse Lexie Lawler made a video about Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt, who is pregnant. Instead of well wishes or baby delivery tips, Lawler cussed her out and hoped that she’d be ripped from stem to stern and crippled for the rest of her life.
Lawler was fired and she lost her nursing license.
Malinda Cook, a nurse anesthetist at Virginia Commonwealth University Health, compiled a video of tips on how to physically incapacitate ICE agents by injecting agents with succinylcholine, which causes paralysis and suffocation.
Cook’s license is still intact, but she has been fired.
Erik Martindale, a nurse in Florida, posted on social media that he would deny anesthesia to any Republican patients, deeming it his “ethical” duty.
Martindale lost his license.
Why this Matters: These are just a few of the medical professionals who took an oath and then also promised to break it. Each one made a video and posted it on TikTok, which was noted and republished on X by accounts like Libs of TikTok and shared widely. Some have already started a GoFundMe to try and make up for their poor judgment.
3. Pretti Violent
Alex Pretti, who was killed by ICE agents last week, was called a gentle and loving VA nurse, but also had a history of attacking federal officers. Eleven days before Pretti died, he hurled obscenities at ICE agents, spit on them, and violently kicked out the tail light of their vehicle. Pretti broke a rib as ICE agents threw him to the ground following the attack.
The actions were recorded by a witness who shared the footage with the BBC.
Then, someone took a video of Elizabeth Warren reading a eulogy of Alex Pretti, with the violent footage playing behind her (above). President Trump re-posted it and added his opinion that the newly released video pushed Pretti’s “stock” way down and is a display of “abuse and anger… crazed and out of control.”
Pretti had scrubbed his social media accounts prior to his fatal encounter with ICE eleven days later. But in order to boost his image as a victim, news outlets such as MSNBC (renamed MSNOW) edited the original photo (left) of Alex Pretti to make him more handsome (right).
Here are new video clips showing his assault on officers from two angles:
Behind the vehicle;
From other side of the vehicle.
The investigation into Pretti’s death is ongoing.
Last night, a federal building was ambushed in Oregon, and today an ICE detention center was set on fire in Los Angeles. Protestors blocked fire fighters.
This afternoon, President Trump instructed all federal agents to protect federal property and if local police do not act, DHS will step in. He posted, “BEWARE — ICE, Border Patrol or, if necessary, our Military, will be extremely powerful and tough in the protection of our Federal Property.”
Our Future Hinges on Illegals
The rights of illegals to vote may come down to another Supreme Court decision. On Saturday, a federal judge permanently blocked President Trump’s executive order requiring proof of citizenship to register to vote in federal elections.
Governor Tim Walz (D-MN) refuses to cooperate with ICE, even though a majority of his voters want him to. There are 1,360 criminal illegals in the prison system that he is protecting, even though an overwhelming majority of Americans want all illegals deported.
Trump aide Stephen Miller asks: "why would [Mayor] Frey and Walz sanction such egregious violence against ICE? Because they understand this mass migration scheme is the heart of the Democrat Party's political power!"
Why this Matters: The next Census will be taken in 2030. It’s projected there will be 10 million fewer illegal aliens than last time, costing blue states 20-30 seats in Congress.
The map below shows projected changes in congressional representation: Texas and Florida gain 4 seats each; Idaho, Utah, Arizona, Georgia, North Carolina gain a seat each. States losing seats: California (4), Illinois and New York (2), Oregon, MN, WI, PA, RI (1).
Unless Democrats are able to change these demographics, national elections will go to Republicans. Miller calls it a “generational blow to Democrat political power.”
How to Pray: Let us not be weary in well doing—in praying for our President, the safety of law enforcement, and believing in the coming judgment of God. Pray for an end to the protests and a return to law and order.
Matthew 11:28-30 - Come unto me, all that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and you shall find rest unto your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.
