From his walled fortress in Vatican City, Pope Francis has declared it a mortal sin to oppose mass immigration. Evangelical protestant pastors, authors, and influencers echo his invective. Is it Christ-like to secure our borders and deport criminals—or is it better to welcome massive hordes from third-world countries in the spirit of “loving thy neighbor?” After all, it brings foreign evangelism closer to home!
This is one of those liberal, progressive ideas, that can be compared to the words of elitist hypocrites throughout history. Jesus called the scribes and Pharisees white washed tombs. They look pretty on the outside, but inside are full of dead bones and all impurity. (Matt. 23:27)
These elites that open our borders and force us to accept all manner of foreigners aren’t willing to live under the same rules.
Coming Collapse
A few months ago, the Mayor and City Manager of Springfield, Ohio said their town will collapse and fail due to an overwhelming influx of Haitian migrants. In the past few days, their problems gained national attention. Here’s why. Springfield is a town that had 58,000 people and a housing shortage.
Thanks to the Biden-Harris administration, in the past five years that population has grown by 20,000 foreigners who don’t speak English. They were flown into Springfield, given between $600 and $1600 a month, and deposited in a town that is 60 percent Republican. The citizens were expected to welcome and absorb them without any federal help. As a result:
Medical and civil services are overwhelmed
Police and housing can’t keep up
Violent crime rate has risen 242 percent
More than 1,600 students were dumped into the school system
The children, who don’t speak English, need translators for school
The number of people with communicable diseases has skyrocketed
Eating their Pets and Livestock
And now, the residents’ pets are missing! Haitian immigrants are grabbing ducks out of ponds, cutting their heads off, and eating them. Others are grabbing their neighbors’ pets and using them for barbecues, or taking farmers’ livestock. Many think nothing of raiding stores, tearing open packages, and taking what they want, leaving a trail of packaging and trash.
The woman in the image below was arrested after she was caught sacrificing and eating a neighbor's cat in the woman's driveway. Why pay for food when you can grab “dinner” out of your neighbor’s yard for free?
Another resident from Springfield talks about how the Haitians steal animals from farmers and leave their heads at the side of the road.
Haiti is the poorest, most backward country in this part of the world. Most people live without refrigeration and plumbing. They think nothing of defecating in the streets and barbecuing whatever animals they find. The average IQ in Haiti hovers around 75, the minimum for competency in a court case. Forty percent of the population can’t read. They don’t have cars and don’t know how to drive.
But in the US, Haitians are buying cars and getting behind the wheel. The photo below is of Aiden Clarke, an 11-year-old in Springfield, Ohio. In 2023, the school bus he was riding in was hit by one of the Biden-Harris Haitians. The bus flipped over and Aiden was ejected and died.
Importing the Third World
Haiti is dangerous. Chicago, with nearly 30 homicides per 100,000 people (2021), pales in comparison to murders in Haiti. That nation of just 10 million people experiences 41 homicides per 100,000 people. Disease is rampant, and Haiti has one of the worst rates of STDs and Tuberculosis.
Haitians practice Vodou (voodoo), which is an official religion. About 40 percent of Haitians conduct animal sacrifices to appease their idols and then eat the sacrifice. Animal sacrifice is an offering to the lwa (spirits) often used in Haitian black magick.
They have brought their culture to the US. We now have 320,000 unvetted Haitian immigrants who have been given special protective status and can’t be deported. It’s important to remember that wealthy liberal elites in Martha’s Vineyard—home to Barack and Michelle Obama—exported 50 illegals in two days, claiming they did not have the resources to house and feed illegals. It is people like this, who voted for Biden and Harris, that approve of sending 20,000 of the poorest and most needy foreigners to small-town America. As long as they claim to “fear going back to my country,” they have to be processed and released into the US.
Haiti and the Clintons
No report would be complete without a reminder that Haiti is known as the Clinton’s piggy bank. In the wake of the devastating 2010 Haiti earthquake, the Clinton Foundation, with help from the Bush family, launched the Clinton Bush Haiti Fund. Critics, including some Haitian activists and American political figures, have accused the Foundation of spending only a fraction of the donated funds on actual aid.
The Clintons also collected about $30 million for Haiti through the Clinton Foundation. The tax receipts show that just 10 percent of funds were spent on charity.
Clinton’s top aide, Doug Band, was concerned about the siphoning of funds from their Foundation into Chelsea Clinton’s wedding. Band emailed John Podesta, Hillary’s chief of staff, in 2012.
He wrote: “I learned from the best. The investigation into [Chelsea] getting paid for campaigning, using foundation resources for her wedding and life for a decade, taxes on money from her parents…. I hope you will speak to her and end this.”
The largest gold mine in the Caribbean is in Haiti. Tony Rodham, Hillary Clinton's brother, was put on the board of VCS mining company. He secured the first of two gold mining permits the Haitian government had issued in more than 50 years and was paid in stock options.
Roger Clinton, brother of Bill Clinton, was given a $100,000 consulting contract with a company looking to build houses in Haiti in 2015.
The Clintons spearheaded building the Caracol Industrial Park. According to The Washington Post, the Clintons “used $400 million in aid and US taxpayer funds to build what amounted to a sweatshop.”
The land they bought to develop was taken from farmers and ruined. This is a country where 5 million people—half of Haiti’s population—do not have enough to eat.
A Mexican company called CEMEX received a $7 million contract from the Clinton Global Initiative, nearly two and half years after the quake, to build houses in Haiti during Clinton’s tenure as Secretary of State in 2012. In turn, CEMEX made a $25,000 contribution to the Clinton Foundation.
They built six homes on a remote part of the island and the project failed.
According to The Nation, in a piece titled The Shelters That Clinton Built, the Clinton Foundation provided Haiti with trailers “structurally unsafe and laced with formaldehyde” that “came from the same company being sued for sickening Hurricane Katrina victims.”
Why this Matters: Bill and Hillary Clinton, who “fell in love with Haiti” during their honeymoon, made the island a priority during Hillary’s reign as Secretary of State. They left Haiti in much worse shape than they found it. Perhaps Biden and Harris felt a pang of guilt that belonged to the Clintons and this is why Haitians have special status.
Or, these elites really do want to destroy the US and bring in the “New World Order” by overwhelming us.
Whichever it is, Vice President Kamala Harris owns this present dilemma. She was featured on ABC’s The View and boasted about giving temporary protected status to 150,000 Haitians—making them un-deportable. We’re stuck with them!
Evangelism as an Excuse
The Bible says that the rules for native countrymen apply to foreigners. We are not to oppress them, nor should we treat them as being above the law.
Any compassion that Americans have is being tried and tested as other nations empty their jails and mental institutions and our government imports these criminals and crazies, along with the poorest of the poor. They don’t go to rich neighborhoods. No, they’re sent into our already struggling cities, where Americans are supposed to welcome them with open arms.
The Ethics and Religious Liberty Commission (ERLC) of the Southern Baptist Convention, the largest Protestant denomination in the US, welcomes this immigrant crisis as an opportunity for ministry. “We will continue to have opportunities to welcome and minister to immigrants and refugees in the name of Jesus, either at the border or in towns across our country,” advises author Alan Cross. The ERLC is heavily involved with far-left organizations and has lobbied against any standards that would restrict immigration based on ideology. Terrorists are welcome now, and perhaps cannibals will be next.
In our churches and on social media, elite pastors and “influencers” remind us that Jesus said, “Love thy neighbor,” and, “Go ye therefore,” and teach all nations what Jesus taught, and baptize them. There’s no room to disagree, and now we have all nations coming to us, invited here by our own government. What is our responsibility?
The Bible says that we provide for our own “house” first (1 Tim. 5:8), and then extend care towards others. Where are the elite in government, industry, and the church who are housing, feeding, nursing, and caring for these immigrants?
American Christians have been emotionally manipulated to be silent about the dangers of mass immigration and shamed if we speak up. The Word also says that a city that is broken down and without walls is not a good thing. Every nation, for the safety of its citizens, has a responsibility to maintain points of entry, have a vetting process, make good immigration laws, and follow them.
Praying Citizen asks: Can we also hand them a gospel tract while they’re being deported?
Why this Matters: Christians are not required to allow destructive immigration policies. We should reject them and restore order. Let’s stand against the scribes and pharisees of today who make rules for us that they will never suffer themselves. Our immigration laws need work, and we need lawmakers and a President with strength of character to enact and follow them.
How to Pray: For more comprehensive laws on immigration and government that will follow the rules. Pray for a House, Senate, and White House willing to do the godly thing and secure our borders. Pray that Americans will continue to rise up and demand better from government.
Proverbs 25:28 - He that hath no rule over his own spirit is like a city that is broken down, and without walls.
Amen Lori with your ending scripture and prayers. Agree with your views on lawful immigration laws and building the wall. They can come in legally, obey our laws per Constitutional Law, abide by 10 Commandments, Constitution and Bill of Rights. Local, state, and limited federal regulations! Peay for the changes and put them back in their own countries without us.
The Pope, of all people, should know that it’s sin to break the law. Entering a country without permission is illegal.
