Finally, there are some arrests and indictments!

Finally, states are complying with Court decisions!

Finally, the crooks and cheaters are receiving their just rewards!

The wheels of justice are said to “turn slowly, but grind exceedingly fine.” This week we are seeing a slew of those results. The first and biggest news is a 4-3 decision by the Virginia Supreme Court that the newly redrawn congressional map is not legal. The Democrat-run legislature presented voters with a new map that removes all but one Republican district. The referendum passed—but the legislature failed to comply with Virginia’s Constitution.

Too bad, so sad.

They forgot to comply by providing two successive General Assemblies (with a general election in between); they also failed to provide adequate notice to voters.

The election results are thrown out, and Virginia remains a split state with 6(D) - 5(R) representation. Below: top map remains in effect.

Why this Matters: Barack Obama campaigned heavily for this referendum—Minority leader Hakeem Jeffries recently claimed victory over the GOP, saying FAFO (fool around and find out). Democrat groups spent $62-65 million on the effort. Former VA AG Ken Cuccinell confirmed on C-Span that Democrats have no path to appeal the Virginia Supreme Court’s decision.

Louisiana, Tennessee Go RED

The US Supreme Court recently forced the issue of racial preference through gerrymandered maps. Louisiana was forced to redraw, with Governor Landry suspending the primaries until the legislature could meet. Hearings will begin soon, likely resulting in Democrats losing at least one seat.

The Tennessee House has officially passed their new map, eliminating the state’s only Democrat district held by Rep. Steve Cohen (D-TN).

The cries of “that’s racist,” conveniently ignore Charlotte Bergmann, the black Republican was has frequently run against Cohen in past general elections.

He has held the seat for almost 20 years.

Alabama lawmakers have just passed a measure that paves the way for an all-red 2026 redistricting map. There will be no Democrat districts.

Other red states in the process of redistricting to eliminate racist gerrymandered districts include Texas, Florida, North Carolina, and Missouri.

So far, the GOP has a net gain of eight seats, with the potential to pick up 2-6 more, according to some analysts.

Why this Matters: The redistricting doesn’t change the number of districts in each state, and it doesn’t help in a presidential election. However, by locking in more seats in the US House of Representatives, Republicans will have a stronger overall position in Washington.

Indiana GOP Goes to Trump

Indiana Republicans had a chance to redraw their congressional map to eliminate race-based gerrymandering. The RINOS (Republicans in name only) backed down and wimped-out.

Pay-back time came during Indiana’s primaries for the state legislature.

The challengers backed by Trump won against lawmakers who opposed the redistricting—and most of them went down by double digits.

Indiana’s congressional map gave Republicans two more seats—it’s 9-0 Republican.

After Democrats accused the GOP of making the maps “political,” Indiana Senate Majority Leader Chris Garden reminded them that everything is political. That includes safe streets, affordable electricity, and a drug-free state.

Sen. Garden doubled down on why GOP policies are better for Indiana, saying,

“If drawing a map that secures two more seats for the Republican Party means we continue to see overdose deaths drop by 20 percent, then I’ll draw that map every single day of the week and twice on Sunday.”

• Utah Supreme Court Justice Diana Hagen, has resigned after reportedly having an affair with an attorney involved in redistricting. She helped give Democrats one more Congressional seat. The new map may be thrown out, reverting to a solid red state.

• Today, the DOJ filed denaturalization actions in various district courts against 12 individuals accused of serious offenses, including terrorism, war crimes, and sexual abuse of children.

• The DOJ is also about to denaturalize third-world immigrants who fraudulently obtained US citizenship by using false identities to apply for immigration benefits or entering into sham marriages.

That means goodbye, Ilhan Omar—if it’s true that you married your brother to get him into the US!

Why this Matters: The jobs report reveals that the government lost 348,000 jobs—an 11.5 percent cut in the federal workforce. It’s the smallest federal workforce we’ve had since 1966. Even better, private sector jobs were up, with 30K transportation and warehousing jobs added.

Despite all this GREAT news, the Senate still hasn’t passed the SAVE America Act, which prohibits illegals from voting in our elections. Senator John Thune is responsible.

How to Pray: PRAISE GOD for all of these victories! Pray that the Save Act will pass and be made into law. Thank God for the sacrifices of so many Americans who’ve served our country or lost loved ones in its service. We are so blessed!
