It’s getting to be such a big, albeit expensive, joke. However, we’re expected to believe that the ongoing and seemingly endless legal persecution of Donald Trump is legitimate, while the money flow from foreign countries into Biden family member bank accounts is completely innocent. After all, the President has always assured us that his son never made money in China—that he never knew about Hunter’s business—that it’s ridiculous to suspect there’s anything underhanded going on.
They really think we’re that stupid.
Donald Trump has been charged yet again—this time with fraud over exaggerating the value of his properties. New York Attorney General Letitia James presented a case against Trump, saying that for decades he overvalued his assets so that he could procure loans. Never mind that he paid each and every loan back. Never mind that it is the duty of the lending institution to approve his paperwork and his numbers.
New York Judge Arthur Engoron agreed. For example, he claims Trump inflated the value of Mar-a-Lago, which sits on 20 acres of waterfront on both sides. Engoron says it was worth between $18 and $27 million for the years 2011-2021.
A nearby vacant lot (2.3 acres) is currently for sale on Zillow for $200 million!
During his deposition, Trump said he never got Mar-a-Lago appraised, but used common sense to come up with a valuation of $1.5 billion. A bit exaggerated? Who’s to know—a property is worth what a buyer and a lender will pay for it. In a Truth Social post, Trump reminded critics that there is a “buyer beware” clause on pages 1 and 2 of the financial statements, saying that it’s up to the lender to accept or refute the appraised value of the assets.
The Penalty
The judge held that all Trump companies—including those not in the suit—will go into receivership. The ruling affects Trump, his sons, and Allen Weisselberg, CEO of the Trump organization, and:
Cancels New York business certificates.
Requires the parties to recommend three individuals who could serve as potential receivers to manage the dissolution of those companies.
Stipulates that assets can be transferred to entities outside New York or potentially sold.
The “Destroy Trump” Twosome
Letitia James has again made good on her campaign promise to persecute Donald Trump. While campaigning, James said that "simply opening up an investigation can ruin lives.” She added, “What is fueling my soul right now is Trump."
Judge Engoron is a Democrat who ran unopposed in the general election in 2015. He referred to Donald Trump as “just a bad guy” in a scathing rebuke last year to a lawyer arguing that the former president was being unfairly singled out for investigation by AG James. Engoron stated,
“If Ms. James has a thing against him, OK, that’s not in my understanding [of] unlawful discrimination. He’s just a bad guy she should go after as the chief law enforcement officer of the state.”
Biden’s China Payday
At the same time that this ruling against Trump was announced, news broke that again proves Biden corruption. First, China wired $260,000 to Biden’s address in 2019. Next, we learned that government agents were prevented from investigating Joe as part of a FARA probe.
Revelation 1 - The Bank Receipts
A House subcommittee looking into Hunter Biden’s business deals stated they have receipts showing Joe Biden’s Delaware home was listed as the beneficiary address on two 2019 money transfers from Beijing. Hunter’s collapsed plea deal (and his memoir) says he was living in California at the time.
Here’s how it went down:
April 2019 - Joe Biden announced his candidacy in the 2020 presidential election.
July 2019 - Wang Xin wired $10,000 with Joe Biden’s home listed on the wire.
August 2019 - Jonathan Li wired $250,000 with Joe Biden’s home listed on the wire. As vice president, Biden spoke on the phone and had coffee with Jonathan Li in Beijing. He wrote letters of recommendation for Li’s children to attend prestigious US universities.
October 2019 - Hunter’s lawyer stated that Hunter was an unpaid member of the BHR board of directors, a private investment fund controlled by Hunter and Bank of China Limited.
October 2020 - During a presidential debate, Joe Biden said, “My son has not made money […] in China.”
Revelation 2 - Biden’s Protection Squad
On Wednesday, the House subcommittee released further emails and documents showing that Joe Biden was protected from being investigated for Foreign Agent Registration Act violations. He is listed as “Political Figure 1” in a memo from Assistant US Attorney Lesley Wolf of Delaware. She writes, There should be nothing about Political Figure 1” in this FARA investigation. Two IRS whistleblowers identified Wolf as the DOJ official who stonewalled investigations into Hunter’s overseas business. According to their testimonies, Wolf denied requests to search a Northern Virginia storage locker belonging to Hunter Biden. She then allegedly alerted Biden’s attorneys that federal agents were eyeing the property, allowing him the opportunity to move evidence.
CIA, Fauci, and the Coverup
A House subcommittee has information alleging that Anthony Fauci, while he served as Director of the NIAID, was secretly escorted into CIA headquarters. There was no record of his entry for a reason—he participated in the analysis of the origins of Covid-19, and worked to “influence the Agency’s review” of those facts.
This revelation comes a few days after we learned that the CIA paid analysts to lie about Covid origins. A senior-level CIA whistleblower alleges that of the seven members assigned to the CIA team tasked with analyzing COVID-19 origins, six officers concluded that the virus likely originated from a lab in Wuhan, China. The CIA then allegedly offered financial incentives to six of the experts to change their conclusion in favor of an animal origin. The lab was financed/underwritten by Fauci’s NIAID.
Why this Matters: It’s interesting to note that Avril Haines, deputy director of the CIA under Obama and now head of the Biden intel community, attended the Covid-19 pandemic simulation called Event 201. Participants also learned about censoring “conspiracy theories.” Social media firms such as Twitter were coerced by the Biden White House to coordinate censorship according to the administration’s wishes. Even personal stories of harm done by the vaccines were removed because they were causing “vaccine hesitancy.”
How to Pray: For more people to keep waking up. Pray that they will not choke on the truth, which is very hard for some to swallow. Pray for President Trump and his ongoing legal problems—especially that he would humble himself before God and receive the help he needs.
