Messages to Hamas, Greenland, Canada, Mexico

Donald Trump shook up the media with a midday press conference, sending a message that the USA is through being victimized by our enemies and our friends. He said we are about to enter "The Dawn Of Americas' Golden Age."

Trump went on to:

• Demand that the hostages be released by Hamas

• State that the US needs Greenland for our national security

• Warn Canada that they would no longer be subsidized by the US

• Plan a name change for the Gulf of Mexico

Phew!

This is not the first time Donald Trump threatened Hamas, or signaled change is coming in the world. Yet today, Trump was more earnest, emboldened by yesterday’s election certification.

Hamas

Trump warned Hamas that if they don’t quickly release the hostages, “all hell will break out in the Middle East.” A reporter asked what he meant by that. The incoming President repeated the line, adding, “it will not be good for Hamas, and it will not be good, frankly, for anyone.”

Trump has a team of people working on the hostage release, and told reporters he does not want to say more, in order to protect the negotiations.

Greenland

Donald Trump, Jr., landed in Greenland today with a small team of colleagues. His visit was timed to coincide with Trump’s announcement that he will place massive tariffs on Denmark if they don't immediately relinquish all control of Greenland.

A bit of history: Denmark abandoned the administration of Greenland during WW2, and the US came to its aid. America recognized Greenland’s provisional anti-Nazi government and occupied Greenland until the end of the War. Then we left, and it was returned to Denmark. The citizens have not been happy with Denmark’s rule, and on May 1, 1979, Denmark granted home rule to the island.

Greenland is rich in minerals—which are currently being mined by China. The mainly Inuit population is Christian. A 2010 census showed that 96 percent of Greenlanders named Lutheran as their religion.

Trump stated his reasons for his pursuit of this gigantic piece of land:

• "We need Greenland for national security purposes."

• "People don't even know if Denmark has any legal right to it."

• "I'm talking about protecting the free world."

• "You have China ships, you have Russian ships. We're not letting that happen."

Denmark, which claims Greenland as its territory, has issued several messages in response to Trump’s advances, saying “Greenland is not for sale.”

Canada

Trump was asked, “Can you assure the world that as you try to get control of Greenland and the Panama Canal, that you won't use military or economic coercion?”

Trump answered, "No.”

When pressed, he stated we would use “economic pressure” to persuade Canada.

President Trump made his point that the US subsidizes Canada to ensure their national security; they should be part of the US, or the subsidies should end. He asked, “Why are we supporting a country $200+ billion a year? They should be a state!”

Perhaps this statement by the incoming President sums it best: "You will have to issue new maps: 51 states, Greenland the territory, and the Gulf of America.”

The Gulf of America

This one took everyone by surprise. President Trump proposed changing the Gulf of Mexico to the Gulf of America.

He told the press: "It has a beautiful ring. It covers a lot of territory. The Gulf of America. What a beautiful name. And, it's appropriate."

Georgia Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene says she will introduce legislation to make it official.

The Laken Riley Act

Laken Riley was the University of Georgia nursing student killed by an illegal alien who had previously been arrested, then released. As its first piece of legislation, Congress passed the Laken Riley Act today.

This bill holds the Biden Administration accountable for its open border policies, and:

• Requires detention of illegal aliens who commit theft

• Mandates ICE take them into custody

• Allows a state to sue the Federal government on behalf of their citizens for not enforcing the border laws, particularly in the case of parole

There were 159 Democrats who voted against it, and 48 who voted in favor. In total, the act passed in the House with 264 votes. The opponents say that incarcerating an illegal interferes with his due process of law. But, as Senator John Fetterman (D-PA), pointed out: “Technically, they're already breaking the law..If you are here and you are breaking the law, well, then that's the ultimate red flag that it's like they absolutely got to go.”

$40 Million to the Taliban WEEKLY

Rep. Tim Burchett (R-TN) sent a letter to President Trump asking that he immediately halt sending $40 million to the Taliban every week. These are cash payments ordered by the Secretary of State, Antony Blinken. The money is impossible to track, so the Taliban is able to funnel the money to terror groups around the world.

One CIA whistleblower says the weekly amount could be as high as $87 million. Sarah Adams is a former CIA Targeting Officer and author of Benghazi: Know Thy Enemy. She says “the Taliban plays to convince the US government they are ‘fighting’ ISIS. In reality, it’s a calculated ruse to secure US counterterrorism funding while enabling both Al-Qaeda and ISKP [Islamic State Khorasan Province] to plan attacks on US soil, unabated.”

She has written extensively on how American taxpayers fund ISIS, the Taliban, and others—these very people who want to destroy us.

How to Pray: May President Trump be humble and submitted to God as he leads our nation. Pray for the insane spending and border policies to end. Pray that more evil will be exposed and eradicated--and any plans Biden has to destroy this nation on the way out will be thwarted.
